Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BatchManage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a coaching institute), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

BatchManage is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides coaching institutes with tools for:

• Student and batch management
• Fee collection and payment tracking
• Schedule and attendance management
• Learning management (flashcards, assignments, exams)
• Communication with students and parents
• Reports and analytics

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Institute Responsibilities

If you are an institute owner or administrator, you are additionally responsible for:

• Ensuring that student and parent data entered into the platform is collected with appropriate consent
• Managing user access and permissions within your organization
• Complying with applicable data protection laws regarding your students' personal information
• Ensuring that payment information displayed to students is accurate

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or institute data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into BatchManage. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatchManage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
