Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for BatchManage subscriptions.

1. Scope

This policy covers payments made to BatchManage for platform subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). It does not cover fees you pay to a coaching institute through their BatchManage portal — those payments go to the institute, and refunds for them are governed by the institute's own policy. Contact your institute directly for fee refunds.

2. Free trial

Every new institute starts on a free trial with no payment required. We encourage you to evaluate the platform fully during the trial before subscribing — no charges are made until you choose a paid plan.

3. Subscription payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period and are generally non-refundable once the period has started. Cancelling your subscription stops all future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, report it within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the erroneous amount in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered owner/admin email with your institute name, the payment reference (visible in Settings → Billing), and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Payment processing

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Approved refunds are issued through the same payment channel and may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.
